SAP IS-U Managing Consultant/Architect

Location:  anywhere in the US

Live anywhere, travel Monday – Thursday

Solutions Architect 

$195,000-$210,000 plus 12\% bonus and benefits

  • In this role you will be responsible for architecting SAP IS-U Customer Care and Billing Solutions including: SAP CRM, ISU Billing & EDM, Device Management, Multichannel Contact Centre, IVR Online Mobile, etc.  
  • Smart Meter Integration
  • Take ownership of the overall solution design and ensure that system requirements are translated effectively into solutions including review and assurance of Service Provider design documentation
  • Analyze business challenges and define business processes required to meet customer requirements
  • Identify opportunities to transform business and system processes by leveraging standard IT solutions

 

SAP IS-U FICA Managing Consultant  

$155,000-175,000 plus 12\% bonus and benefits

  • At least 5 full lifecycle implementations
  • Demonstrate an overall understanding of FI-CA functionality
  • Detailed configuration experience in many of the following FI-CA components
  • Dunning (BRF or BRF+)
  • Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns)
  • Account Determination
  • Settlement Rules
  • Collection Agencies
  • Write-Offs/Value Adjustment Refunds
  • Security Deposits
  • Installment Plans
  • Promise To Pay 
  • Interest
  • Solid understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing Device Management (DM) and Customer Service (CS & CRM) and the ICweb

 

IS-U Device Management Managing Consultant

$155,000-175,000 plus 12\% bonus and benefits

  • Experience implementing SAP CRB Device Management
  • Demonstrate an overall understanding of DM functionality
  • Detailed configuration experience in many of the following DM components: Technical Device and Connection Data, Device Installation, Removal, Replacement, Modification, Disconnections & Reconnections, Meter Reading, Device Inspection and Device Management Integration with Work Management
  • Solid understanding of other areas of SAP CRB including Billing and Customer Service (CS) and Interaction Centre Web Client (IC Web)
  • Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, cutover, and support

 

CRM/Customer Service (with C4C experience preferred) Managing Consultant

$155,000-175,000 plus 12\% bonus and benefits

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing SAP IS-U CS Utilities
  • At least 1 full lifecycle implementation
  • Detailed configuration experience Customer Service including Business Master Data front office and associated Utilities Processes Tickets Business Partner Contacts Address Management Move-In/Out and Disconnect/Reconnect processes
  • Configuration experience with IS-U to integrate with other systems
  • Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint detailed design configuration testing and support

 

IS-U Billing  

$155,000-175,000 plus 12\% bonus and benefits

  • In-depth configuration experience with SAP ISU Billing-Rates Configuration
  • Understanding of EDM and billing using interval data. Ability to write functional specifications related to the SAP ISU area (RICEFW)
  • Knowledge of Complex Billing process 
  • Budget Billing, Cancel/Rebill, Collective Billing, Unbilled Revenue and BPEM

 SAP IS-U CRM/CS Managing Consultant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing SAP IS-U CS Utilities
  • At least 1 full lifecycle implementation
  • Detailed configuration experience Customer Service including Business Master Data front office and associated Utilities Processes Tickets Business Partner Contacts Address Management Move-In/Out and Disconnect/Reconnect processes

  • 3-5 Lifecycle SAP Marketing Cloud (Formally C4C Marketing or Hybris Marketing)
  • Hands on configuration experience of SAP Marketing Cloud or SAP Hybris Marketing
  • Facilitate business process review and configuration session(s)
  • Preparation of functional specification document
  • Experience resolving issues during System Testing and User Acceptance Testing
  • Understanding of Marketing Industry initiatives such Loyalty Management, Customer Journey and Sentiment Engagement
  • Experience integrating marketing to email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google solutions
  • Experience with integration of marketing tools such as BazaarVoice
  • Knowledge of Sprout and MailChimp a plus

SAP Hybris Commerce - Subject Matter Expert

  • 6+ years of experience working with major ecommerce and related technology vendors especially SAP Hybris but also including Oracle ATG Endeca IBM Websphere
  • Hands on experience in SAP Hybris eCommerce solution 
  • Solid experience with Java J2EE and JSP
  • Solid experience integrating Hybris with other applications using APIs
