Digital Project Manager

San Jose, CA

 

The successful candidate is exceptionally organized in managing workflow, deliverables, timing and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on all creative and content needs. 

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Run all North America creative projects, with a focus on digital banners, social, emails, landing pages and videos
  • Partner with Creative Lead, Production Teams and Creative Services Manager to drive successful delivery of creative, from briefing to kick offs to review cycles, with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish timelines and milestones for projects, predicts roadblocks and finds integration points to move work forward
  • Actively manage and track multiple projects and timelines across multiple channels and prioritize workstream across all production resources and SLAs
  • Helps identify and optimize internal processes for the best results

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years producer/project management role at a digital agency, creative agency or studio
  • Experience in planning design, production, and development of websites, ad campaigns, and other deliverables for digital projects
  • Experience in project workflow tools
  • Understanding of customer journey, user experience, and web design principles and principles of email design and performance, performance media assets
  • Experience in fostering cross-functional working relationships in matrixed organizations
  • Skills in Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing ambiguous situations

 

Desired skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
