SAP MM S4 HANA Lead - Managing Consultant

$160,000 - $175,000 salary, $20,000 or more bonus, plus benefits

  • SAP Functional Lead with expertise in Purchasing and Inventory Management
  • 10 years SAP experience with at least 4 full life cycle implementations and at least one implementation in a lead role
  • Knowledge of A&D processes SPEC/2000 preferable
  • Experience in Warehouse Management preferable

 

Central Finance S4 Lead

$150,000 - $185,000 salary, $20,000 or more bonus, plus benefits

SAP S4 Solution Architect (Finance)

$175,000 - $185,000 salary, $20,000 or more bonus, plus benefits

  • 10+ years A&D Financial exposure and experience 
  • Deep SAP ECC and/or S4 functional process knowledge (not necessarily A&D) [Should have a solid technical understanding in addition to the functional process]
  • Must have at least one S4 implementation
  • Comfortable speaking with financial executives and leader. Has to provide thought leadership

 

SAP BASIS with S4 HANA - Managing Consultant

$125,000 - $135,000 salary, $15,000 or more bonus, plus benefits

  • SAP BASIS and S4/HANA administration and technical core competencies for tasks including installations and upgrades, problem determination and resolution, software patching, support package application, performance tuning, and project sizing
  • Participation in multi-landscape design solutions, architecture recommendations, and client strategies for continuous improvement
  • Administer SAP implementations and upgrades in multiple environments, including SAP CRM, ECC, BI, Business Warehouse, Business Objects, Portal, and Solution Manager deployed on SAP HANA
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of the Portal landscape upgrades and patches
  • Provide analytical skills to evaluate system performance, system health checks, and implementation of tuning improvements 
  • Provide technical expertise and participation in technical projects across multiple teams
  • Work closely with SAP Functional Teams to coordinate and ensure complete enhancements to company’s enterprise-wide SAP implementation
  • Interact with other IT groups to support IT infrastructure requirements  
  • Responsible for documenting the design and landscape of all SAP environments  
  • Prepare and present status reports, and technical analysis of relevant issues

 

The Chief Architect - Aerospace and Defense would be instrumental in the solutioning and solution management of a major transformation program and sub program at a leading Aerospace and Defense Client. He/she would be responsible for ensuring that a world class integrated solution be architected in collaboration with the Solution Architects across all SAP and related projects across the business. 

Key Responsibilities      

  • Conceive, experiment with, and present architectural approaches for information technology and systems, including software, hardware, and processes, in support of business needs
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product
  • Project Management & Delivery for over 10 years of experience including the use of Waterfall and Agile Delivery Methodologies and Frameworks
  • Design S4HANA Aerospace and Defense functionality for major A&D clients
  • Collaborate with client counterparts & Business SMEs/Architects to define long-term vision, goals and strategies
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops, by applying design thinking principles, with a team of global IT professional, Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives & deliverables
  • Contribute to the design and development of next generation integrated Discreet Manufacturing, Finance and Supply Chain business processes
  • Simplify difficult situations, models and issues to create executable actions using program tools like Visio, MS project and MS office suite of applications as per program guidelines
  • Proto type, Test and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and management
  • Support management of project execution from start-to-finish in order to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time)
  • Mentor, coach and develop team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development
  • Lead and serve as a Development Manager Solution Architects
  • Create/contribute S4HANA practice artifacts and contribute to practice growth through recruitment, training and retention
  • Provide insight to develop innovative assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologies
  • Support pre-sales team on new pursuit and work to build S4 HANA Driven Presentations/ oral material as desired in RFP
  • Candidate should have worked in end to end project life cycle from Implementation to Transition to Support environment experience

 

SAP Chief Architect A&D (SCM, MM, PP, Enterprise Architecture)

$160,000-$225,000 salary, 12\% bonus and benefits

  • Understanding of Aerospace and Defense or related industry domains
  • Certified S4/HANA Solution Architect
  • 15+ years of SAP experience - at least 2 years of S/4HANA experience
  • Experience of managing large SAP implementations with strong focus on quality, solution integration, customer satisfaction and meeting project timelines
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with an ability to manage a large delivery resources spread across remote locations globally
  • Excellent understanding of finances and budgets
  • EXCELLENT communication skills, must be comfortable liaising with client leadership
  • Has delivered on multiple SAP components in the Aerospace & Defense industry
  • Ability to influence at the leadership level
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willingness to travel up to 100\%, depending on client requirements
  • Proven track record of leading and managing both large and small teams including onsite/offshore
  • 15+ years consulting experience with one of the top four consulting organizations
  • Preferred MBA/Engineering Degree with institute of repute
  • Preferred: SAFe Agilest or certifications
