"We have utilized CSS for many, many years. We don't use recruiting firms often, but when we do, CSS is at the top of the list of those I contact. The steps taken by the account executives are above and beyond those of many firms. When learning of an opportunity, CSS works directly with Human Resources and also conducts a brief interview of the hiring manager to ensure they have all of the information they require to be successful in responding to our needs, while at the same time respecting our internal processes and the value of our time. CSS works diligently to evaluate their current resources and potentially locate new candidates to ensure those whom they present to us are qualified. They thoroughly screen not only for the technical fit, but also for cultural fit... and that additional consideration is extremely important to us. Beyond this well-respected (and appreciated!) process, they add a personal touch by being there to introduce the candidate to either myself or the manager with whom their candidate is meeting. It is a company of integrity which not only respects the needs of its clients, but also those of the individuals it is placing, and CSS remains committed to the hiring process from start to finish. Many of the individuals CSS has placed with us over the years are still with the company and have proven to be strong contributors. I would recommend CSS to any organization looking for a firm truly committed to successfully supporting their needs."
"CSS knows what questions to ask to understand our environment and culture. She asks the appropriate probing questions to fill positions without being annoying or taking too much of our time. She takes both of those pieces of information to consistently outperform competition and provide resources that meet our technical and cultural needs at a competitive rate. Consultants are respected and valued by CSS, resulting with her being able to consistently get top talent." "CSS balances getting the right information from us with respecting how busy we are. You deliver quality talent. I also appreciate the connections you have provided, getting us outside perspectives and connecting us to people we may need someday. you are, without a doubt, our top staffing firm."
"We have worked with CSS since 2002 and have enjoyed a very successful relationship. The account managers go above and beyond in working with their recruiting team to ensure we have the right candidate for the job; not just technically, but personality as well. We have a conservative environment and not everyone can fit into our work style. At one point, CSS had 68 consultants working with us between our Lincoln and Birmingham, AL locations. They assisted us in getting our project completed on time and on budget. Their dedication to the business is unique and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a partner they can count on."
What do you believe differentiates CSS from other staffing employers? "CSS really took the time to get to know me, my work experiences, my strengths and my level of knowledge in all areas of IT." How would you evaluate CSS as your employer? "Fantastic, communication with Consultants is excellent! Office staff is very friendly and helpful." What is CSS' greatest strength? "Based on their analysis of my value, after meeting me and reviewing my experiences, they were able to place me into a job that perfectly fit my talent and what I was looking for. They also have the ability to think outside the box regarding opportunities and companies to consider in the employment process. I value their opinions as they truly are the experts in the field!".
What do you believe differentiates CSS from other staffing employers? "The personal interaction with CSS staff has been very encouraging. CSS has been very aggressive to present me to my current clients as well as to other potential ones. The annual picnic for employees, gift cards and providing treats to the clients are the little things that go a long way to providing good relationships between employees and clients." How would you evaluate CSS as your employer? "CSS has done everything within their power to present my strengths so that I have been able to continue the business relationship with the client as long as I have." What is CSS' greatest strength? "CSS's greatest strength is their people. I have worked in organizations where you are just a number. The CSS staff treats you like a valued employee and actually makes an effort to get to know you on a personal level."
What do you believe differentiates CSS from other staffing employers? "CSS takes a keen interest in thoroughly understanding the client's needs for a particular position. And then works to recognize the motivations and capabilities of candidates, looking for the win-win for client and candidate in the areas of fit and satisfaction for both parties." What is CSS' greatest strength? "The experience of CSS management in the specific domains of their clients, in combination with their customer service attitude and attention to quality enables CSS to be successful in delivering values for both hiring clients and candidates."
