IT Principal Architect Enterprise Data Architect

The IT Principal is a member of the Enterprise Architecture team, with responsibility for the solutions and architecture across the company's entire technology stack.


Core Responsibilities:

·         Define an enterprise technical strategy and align solutions to best support the business goals with a focus on our Enterprise Technology and Core Insurance center

·         Communicate with all levels of executives, management, and others from different perspectives, using whiteboards, diagrams/models, metaphors, and PowerPoint

·         Facilitate, influence, and enable a unified EA vision across the entire enterprise.

·         Introduce and drive the adoption of new, innovative technologies, primarily on the Azure stack, into the enterprise

·         Serve as technical lead and advisor for strategic enterprise initiatives

·         Use pragmatic thinking to solve specific issues and balance the need for short term deliverables and long-term strategy

·         Mentor and engage tech leads to stay connected to execution


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

·         8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of experience with large scale distributed systems

·         Experience in the HealthEdge Software Suite with deep expertise in the HealthRules Payor solution

·         Proven success integrating and leveraging the HealthEdge Software Suite

·         Proven success in multiple areas of the technology stack including, but not limited to: Azure Cloud PAAS implementations, Web/Micro Services, Data Warehousing, Analytic Platforms, Data Modeling and Integration

·         A strong desire to stay current with technology trends while growing knowledge of business processes outside of IT

·         Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related areas

·         Substantial experience with Microsoft application development and infrastructure stack, including Azure Offerings

·         Agile and/or Lean experience
