Image Processing QA

Omaha, NE

CSS Staffing has an open position with our direct local client for a QA with solid Image Processing hardware and software experience.  If you have experience providing manual testing to support image processing hardware and software, this may be your next engagement.  Our client is a dynamic and energetic leader in their industry and is looking for the right person to assist their team. 


Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide manual testing to support an application upgrade, report defects and assist in resolution of reported defects 
  • Support business in UAT, and assist in moving the system to production
  • Provide production support after go live 
  • Other testing and support activities as requested


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Thorough understanding of distributed image capture, document process flow and remote data capture
  • Required multi-year experience installing/testing/supporting Wausau/Deluxe Deposit 24 X 7/Optima/Orbograph systems including: 

o    Configuration and testing using Deposit 24/7 thick and thin client interfaces including: Acceptance Administration, Web Administration, Security Administration, Web Admin Portal, thin client scanning and transmission interface 

o    Optima keying experience including: optima electronic clearing release and generation, batch keying (including item correction and batch balancing processes), work tracking and advice processing 

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, when required, to meet project milestone dates 



  • Experience in Orbograph Acura courtesy amount recognition and CAR/RECO tuning of documents 
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting desktop scanner models including Canon CR-180/190, Epson Capture One, Panini Vision/My VisionX and NCR iTran 8000 
  • Experience with branch scanning and/or backend branch work balancing 
  • Experience installing/testing/supporting the FIS AFS product suite
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
