 Enterprise Technology Program Manager -  Omaha, NE


CSS Staffing has an open position with our client for an Enterprise Program Manager that will bring strong program management skills, poise, strategic thinking, and good judgment to key initiatives in a fast moving environment. In this role, you will lead a portfolio of projects, overseeing initiatives including ServiceNow, CI/CD, Sonus, Data Center/Network consolidations and others.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution and delivery of projects across multiple teams, i.e. break down complex business requirements into manageable projects, solve complex technical problems, interface with multiple teams, and deliver solutions in a successful, agile, and timely manner
  • Own communication for technical delivery across these projects with senior leadership and across partner organizations
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and balance business needs versus technical constraints to move these projects forward quickly 
  • Manage resource allocation for all projects across all technical teams and keep the overall roadmap balanced


The successful candidate will possess the following skills:     

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Program and Project Management across multiple diverse technology efforts. Prior work with ServiceNow, Sonus and Data Center consolidations/implementations and Relic a plus.
  • Experience coordinating complex migration and consolidation efforts, schedules with strong, proven project management skills
  • Broad technical breadth and depth including cloud, service delivery, infrastructure for systems and network
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail including precise and effective communications
  • Analytical acumen, and comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline (computer science or engineering preferred)
